So it’s been around a week side I vowed off bad foods and decided to begin a new fitness regime so I thought I would give you a update.

Day one went really well. I was being a total rabbit and eating salads and such. But the rest of the week became a bit rocky as I went in a trip around the west coast but over the last 3 days I have really been feeling a change. I have more energy and am finding it easier to be up in the mornings. I am exercising almost 2 hours a day and so far lost almost 2 kg.
