iPhone DayiPhone DayiPhone Day

These are all I have left, Photowise, from the iPhone line on July 11th after some jerk took my memory stick at a party i went to in the weekend.

I was going to post my iPhone photos for Richard (First Photo) after I got a txt from him just before, until i realized my lack of memory stick DUO and batterys! WHO TAKES BATTERYS!?

It’s my fault also for not syncing my Camera often enough…

I also stumbled across and article i was interviewed for a few days before the iPhone 3G Release by Scene Magazine

On July 11th I got my iPhone. It was sweet to have everything i use to keep myself connected in the palm of my hand, and the fact it is so much better than anything i have used before was just icing on the cake.
A month and one day on I have found everything i need to keep my life online 24/7 and my system is so perfect… with a few acceptions.

Twitter meet Twinkle.
This little app by Tapulous is so cute and so much fun, the fact you can see the nearby twitterers is just so cool. Only problem: no support for the metric system.

Facebook meet Facebook for iPhone.

The first version had a few bugs, but now it is just amazing. I love how facebook has intergrated IM.

Wordpress meet Wordpress for iPhone.
Although it is not perfect. it is a start. Posting on the go is easy with the wordpress app but some formatting features like justification, bold, itallics etc would really make this great.

IM meet beejive and AIM (…and facebook).
Unfortunatley Beejive isn’t native which can become frustrating when safari decides to spontanesouly refresh but hopefully i will see it in the app store one day. It is by far they greatest online client for MSN on iphone and I don’t know where i would be without it… AIM is nice and functional but since I am a kiwi i don’t know a lot of people that use it. I literally have 4 or so contacts.
So where does this leave little old bebo?

If I am fully intergrated without it do I really need it? I mean its no longer innovative like it used to be, it’s just trying to be another FaceBook. I used to use it because myspace is just so ugly. But now that I have found a more beautiful alternative to both bebo and myspace that intergrates contacts from all over the world not just New Zealand. Is it about time after 3 years use and 10360 views to say goodbye to my old faithful?

I think I will keep it alive.. Just only check it when I know there is something waiting for me.

Bye Bye Bebo
